Opposition Claims It Won Majority in Zimbabwe Vote

By BARRY BEARAK HARARE, Zimbabwe – The main opposition officially claimed victory Wednesday in the presidential election and urged President Robert G. Mugabe to concede, saying its tally showed the challenger Morgan Tsvangirai had won a slim majority.
