·       ဖဒို မန္းရွာလားဖန္းအား ၁၉၄၃ ခုႏွစ္ ဇူလိုင္လ (၅)ရက္ေန႔တြင္ ဧရာ၀တီတိုင္း ပန္းတေနာ္ၿမိ့ဳနယ္ ေတာေက်ာင္းေက်းရြာေန အဖ မန္းဘေသာ္ႏွင့္ အမိ ဂါ့နမ့္တင္ တို႔မွ ေမြးဖြားခဲ့သည္။ ေမြးခ်င္းေမာင္ႏွမ (၂)ေယာက္အနက္ ဒုတိယေျမာက္သား ျဖစ္သည္။ အမည္ရင္း မန္းခ်စ္ေရႊ ျဖစ္ၿပီး ေတာ္လွန္ေရး အမည္မွာ မန္းရွာလားဖန္း ျဖစ္သည္။

·       ၁၉၅၉-၆၀ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ပန္းတေနာ္ၿမိ့ဳနယ္ ယင္းတိုက္ကုန္း အလယ္တန္းေက်ာင္းတြင္ မူလတန္းႏွင့္ အလယ္တန္းပညာကို သင္ယူခဲ့ၿပီး ပန္းတေနာ္ အထက္တန္းေက်ာင္းတြင္ (၈)တန္းေအာင္ျမင္ကာ ရန္ကုန္ၿမိ့ဳတြင္ အထက္တန္း ေအာင္ျမင္ခဲ့သည္။

·       ၁၉၆၂ ခုႏွစ္ ရန္ကုန္ၿမိ့ဳ၌ တကၠသိုလ္ပညာကို သင္ၾကားရင္း ၁၉၆၂ ခုႏွစ္ ဆဲဗင္းဇူလိုင္ အေရးအခင္းတြင္ ပါ၀င္ လႈပ္ရွားခဲ့သည္။ ၁၉၆၆ ခုႏွစ္၌ တကၠသိုလ္ ၀ိဇၨာတန္းကို သမိုင္းအဓိကဘာသာျဖင့္ ဘြဲ႔ရရွိခဲ့သည္။

·       ၁၉၆၃ ခုႏွစ္ကုန္ပိုင္းတြင္ ကရင္အမ်ဳိးသား အစည္းအရံုး (ေကအဲန္ယူ)ႏွင့္ ဆက္သြယ္၍ ၁၉၆၆ ခုႏွစ္အထိ ေကအဲန္ယူ၏ ေျမေအာက္လႈပ္ရွားမႈ တာ၀န္မ်ားကို ေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့သည္။

·       ၁၉၆၇ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ပဲခူးရိုးမ ကရင္ေတာ္လွန္ေရး နယ္ေျမထဲသို႔ ၀င္ေရာက္လာခဲ့ၿပီး ကရင္အမ်ဳိးသား အစည္းအရံုး၏ တာ၀န္မ်ားကို ထမ္းေဆာင္ခဲ့သည္။

·       ၁၉၇၅ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ေကအဲန္ယူ တပ္မဟာ (၃)နယ္ေျမ ေညာင္ေလးပင္ခရိုင္၏ တြဲဖက္အတြင္းေရးမႉး အျဖစ္ တာ၀န္ေပးအပ္ျခင္းခံရၿပီး ၁၉၈၄ ခုႏွစ္အထိ တာ၀န္ယူခဲ့သည္။

·       ၁၉၇၆ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ကရင္ေတာ္လွန္ေရး ရဲေမ နမ့္က်င္ေရႊႏွင့္ ေကအဲန္ယူ ေညာင္ေလးပင္ခရိုင္တြင္ လက္ထပ္ခဲ့ၿပီး ေစာေစးေစး၊ နမ့္ဘြားဘြားဖန္း၊ နမ့္ဇိုယာဖန္း၊ စလံု႔ဖန္း သားသမီး(၄)ဦး ထြန္းကားခဲ့သည္။

·       ၁၉၈၄ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ အမ်ဳိးသားဒီမိုကေရစီ တပ္ေပါင္းစု (NDF) ဗဟိုသဘာပတိ အဖြဲ႔၀င္တဦးအျဖစ္ တာ၀န္ယူခဲ့ၿပီး ၁၉၈၄ ခုႏွစ္ ကရင္နီနယ္စပ္မွ ရွမ္းျပည္ေတာင္ပိုင္း၊ ရွမ္းျပည္ေျမာက္ပိုင္း၊ ကခ်င္ျပည္ နယ္စပ္အထိ ေျမာက္ပိုင္း ခရီးရွည္ စည္းရံုးေရးခရီးစဥ္တြင္ KNPP, KNU, ALP, PPLO, NMSP, KIO, SSPP အဖြဲ႔မ်ားမွ တိုင္းရင္းသား ေခါင္းေဆာင္ႀကီးမ်ားႏွင့္အတူ ဒုတိယ စစ္ေရးေခါင္းေဆာင္တဦးအျဖစ္ ပါ၀င္ခဲ့သည္။ ထိုခရီးစဥ္တြင္ (NDF)၏ တိုင္းရင္းသား လူမ်ဳိးမ်ား တန္းတူေရးႏွင့္ ကိုယ္ပိုင္ျပဌာန္းခြင့္ ရရွိေရး၊ စစ္မွန္သည့္ ဖက္ဒရယ္ ျပည္ေထာင္စု တည္ေဆာက္ေရး လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ားကို ေဒသခံ တိုင္းရင္းသား ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ား၊ ျပည္သူမ်ားအား တက္တက္ၾကြၾကြ ေဆြးေႏြး ေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့သူ ျဖစ္သည္။

·       ၁၉၈၄ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ေကအဲန္ယူ ဗဟိုေကာ္မတီ အဖြဲ႔၀င္တဦး ျဖစ္လာၿပီး ၁၉၈၈ ခုႏွစ္အထိ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ႀကီး ေစာဘိုျမ၏ ကိုယ္ေရးအရာရွိအျဖစ္ တာ၀န္ထမ္းေဆာင္ခဲ့သည္။

·       ၁၉၈၈ ခုႏွစ္ လူထုအေရးေတာ္ပံုႀကီးမွ ေတာ္လွန္ေရး နယ္ေျမအတြင္းသို႔ ေရာက္ရွိလာသည့္ ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ား စုစည္းေရး၊ ညီညြတ္ေရးႏွင့္ ေပါင္းစည္းေရး လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကို အင္တိုက္အားတိုက္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးခဲ့သူတဦး ျဖစ္သည္။

·       ၁၉၈၉ ခုႏွစ္ ျမန္မာျပည္ ဒီမိုကရက္တစ္ မဟာမိတ္အဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္ (DAB) စတင္ဖြဲ႔စည္းရာတြင္ ေခါင္းေဆာင္တဦး အျဖစ္ ပါ၀င္ခဲ့ၿပီး တိုင္းရင္းသား အင္အားစုမ်ားႏွင့္ ဒီမိုကေရစီ အင္အားစုမ်ား စုစည္းေရးႏွင့္ ညီညြတ္ေရးတို႔ကို ႀကိဳးပမ္းေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့သည္။

·       ၁၉၉၂ ခုႏွစ္ စက္တင္ဘာ (၂၂)ရက္ေန႔ ျပည္ေထာင္စု ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ အမ်ဳိးသားေကာင္စီ (NCUB)ကို စတင္ဖြဲ႔စည္းရာတြင္ ပါ၀င္ခဲ့ၿပီး တြဲဖက္ အေထြေထြ အတြင္းေရးမႉး(၃)အျဖစ္ တာ၀န္ထမ္းေဆာင္ခဲ့သည္။ ကြယ္လြန္သည့္အခ်ိန္ထိလည္း (NCUB)၏ အတြင္းေရးမႉး အဖြဲ႔၀င္အျဖစ္ တာ၀န္ယူခဲ့သည္။

·       ၁၉၉၅ ခုႏွစ္ (၁၁)ႀကိမ္ေျမာက္ ေကအဲန္ယူ ကြန္ဂရက္တြင္ တြဲဖက္ အေထြေထြ အတြင္းေရးမႉး (၂)အျဖစ္ ေရြးေကာက္တင္ေျမွာက္ျခင္း ခံရသည္။ ၁၉၅၅ ခုႏွစ္ ဒီဇင္ဘာလမွ ၁၉၉၆ ခုႏွစ္ ႏွစ္ကုန္အထိ ကရင္အမ်ဳိးသား အစည္းအရံုး (ေကအဲန္ယူ)ႏွင့္ န၀တတို႔ ေတြ႔ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးပြဲ (၄)ႀကိမ္ ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ရာ ၁၉၆၆ ခုႏွစ္ ေဖေဖာ္၀ါရီလ ေမာ္လၿမိဳင္ၿမိ့ဳတြင္ ျပဳလုပ္သည့္ ဒုတိယအႀကိမ္ ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲတြင္ အဖြဲ႔ေခါင္းေဆာင္၊ ၁၉၉၆ ခုႏွစ္ ဇြန္လ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ႀကီး တာမလာေဘာ ဦးေဆာင္သည့္ ေမာ္လၿမိဳင္ၿမိ့ဳတြင္ ျပဳလုပ္သည့္ တတိယအႀကိမ္ ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲတြင္ ဒု-အဖြဲ႔ေခါင္းေဆာင္၊ ၁၉၆၆ ခုႏွစ္ ႏို၀င္ဘာလ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ႀကီး တာမလာေဘာ ဦးေဆာင္သည့္ စတုတၳအႀကိမ္ ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲတြင္ ဒု-အဖြဲ႔ေခါင္းေဆာင္အျဖစ္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့သည္။  

·       ၂၀၀၀ ျပည့္ႏွစ္ (၁၂)ႀကိမ္ေျမာက္ ေကအဲန္ယူ ကြန္ဂရက္တြင္ ေကအဲန္ယူ၏ အေထြေထြ အတြင္းေရးမႉးခ်ဳပ္ အျဖစ္၎၊ ၂၀၀၄ ခုႏွစ္ (၁၃)ႀကိမ္ေျမာက္ ကြန္ဂရက္တြင္လည္း အေထြေထြ အတြင္းေရးမႉးခ်ဳပ္ အျဖစ္ ထပ္မံ ေရြးခ်ယ္ျခင္း ခံခဲ့ရသည္။

·       ဖဒို မန္းရွာလာဖန္းသည္ စာေရးစာဖတ္ ၀ါသနာထံုၿပီး ေကအဲန္ယူ (ဗဟို)မွ ထုတ္ေ၀သည့္ စာေစာင္ဂ်ာနယ္မ်ားတြင္လည္း “ေရဆန္”၊  “ေတာ္လွန္ေသာ ရဲေဘာ္တဦး”၊  “ဇိုယာဖန္း” စသည့္ ကေလာင္အမည္မ်ားျဖင့္ ေတာ္လွန္ေရး ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ား၊ ရဲေဘာ္မ်ား၏ အတၳဳပၸတၱိအက်ဥ္းမ်ား၊ ေတာ္လွန္ေရးႏွင့္ အေတြးအေခၚဆိုင္ရာ ေဆာင္းပါးမ်ား၊ ကဗ်ာမ်ားကို ေရးသားခဲ့သည္။

·       ၂၀၀၈ ခုႏွစ္ ေဖေဖာ္၀ါရီလ (၁၄)ရက္ေန႔ ညေန(၄)နာရီ (၄၆)မိနစ္ အခ်ိန္တြင္ မသမာသူ လူတစု၏ လုပ္ၾကံမႈေၾကာင့္ က်ဆံုးခဲ့ရသည္။
